CALL FOR POSTERS

Posters on the use of solitary bees as crop pollinators, especially case studies, and related aspects are welcomed.
Abstracts of all poster contribution should be submitted electronically to the Workshop Organizing Committee: freitas@ufc.br

Language: Abstracts must be delivered in the official workshop language, English.
Submission deadline for abstracts: 1 March 2004. Abstracts received after this date will not be considered.

Notification date: The Organizing Committee will make decisions concerning whether posters have been selected for presentation or not. Applicants will be notified by 15 March 2004.
Posters are limited to a maximum number of two per participant. Only authors attending the workshop will be allowed to display their posters.

Poster presentation

Posters will be displayed in selected rooms of the conference venue. Posters should be set up on Sunday 25 April or no later than Monday morning. Assistance for posters set-up will be available on Sunday from 13:00 - 20:00h. Posters will remain exhibited on Monday and Tuesday (26-27 April) and must be removed at Tuesday evening. One hour is reserved in the daily schedule for the poster presentation and discussion. One of the authors must be present during the time dedicated for the poster presentations.
The space available for posters will be 150 cm high by 100 cm wide.
Tape will be provided.
No audio-visual equipment will be made available for the poster presentation.
