Registration is required for all participants. Payment, proof of payment or proof of room reservation at the Hotel Praia das Fontes (see below) should accompany your registration form. Please print the registration form that you can find at the end of this information and complete and return it to the following address as soon as possible:

Registration Fees*

The registration fees are in US $
Early fees paid before and on 1 March 2004: US$ 150.00
Late fees paid after 1 March 2004: US$ 180.00

* Participants staying at the Hotel Oasis Praia das Fontes will be waived of registration fees.

The Workshop fee includes:

- airport transportation;
- free entrance to all sessions and all other events during the workshop;
- all coffee breaks;
- simultaneous translation (English > Portuguese > English);
- all conference texts (abstracts and full papers) on CD-ROM;
- night entertainment (artistic shows at the hotel).

Post workshop field trip

A post workshop field trip to a mountain area covered with remnants of the Atlantic rainforest where organic coffee is cropped on the shade of the forest is planned. However, it is not included in workshop fees and should be paid for separately. The cost per person is US$ 35, including transport and lunch at the mountains. The field trip will only take place if a minimum number of thirty people join the party. Please fill in in the registration form your intention to join the field trip.
For those less adventurous, a city tour to Fortaleza can be also arranged under the same conditions of the field trip. Please tick on the registration form only if you are interested for this post workshop trip.
Both the field trip and the city tour are optional and not included in the workshop fees.

Funding

Unfortunately, it is not possible for the conference organizers to fund participants, but registration fees will be waived for those staying in the Hotel Oasis Praia das Fontes. If you need sponsorship for your attendance and will search for funding, we can send you an official invitation letter upon request.
